Regardless of the method you select, you can be assured that our scheduling system is highly reliable so that you can always count on us being there when we are needed. You will receive an Email and/ or Fax confirmation every time you schedule, cancel or edit a procedure. Additionally, you will also receive a confirmation phone call the day before every scheduled procedure.

You can choose any of the following four scheduling options:

1. Online – Log-in directly to our company website from any computer, using a secure username and password that we will create for you. Once logged in, you will be able to schedule new procedures or edit previous requests. You will also be able to view all upcoming procedures that have been booked, as well as download our interpreting neurologist’s reports on completed procedures.
2. Fax – Simply fill out our Scheduling Request Form and fax it to us. You may also fax us a copy of the Operating Room Booking Request or any other demographic sheet that your practice uses, provided it contains all of the information that we need.
3. Email – Submit a request for our services by Emailing it to us.
4. Phone – Feel free to call in your requests for our services.
