Charlotte, NC: Sales Representative Position

Accurate Neuromonitoring, LLC. Is seeking highly self-motivated sales representative to join our fast-paced, dedicated team. We are a dedicated IntraOperative NeuroMonitoring (IONM ) practice that provides service to over 400 surgeons and 100 hospitals and ambulatory centers in 11 states. The sales representative will be responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within his or her team’s assigned territory. The sales consultant must establish, build, and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our Intraoperative Neuromonitoring services. You will be interacting with surgeons and hospital personnel in the office as well the operating room.  This position is geared for a growth-oriented individual with a winning mentality.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Sales Consultant:

  • Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory
  • Represent Accurate NeuroMonitoring by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including use of IONM and clinical studies
  • Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives
  • Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone and face-to-face)
  • Collaborates with clinical team to establish and maintain clients
  • Reporting of sales effort in a CRM
  • Work with Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and to Clinical Staff
  • Maintain training in sales skills, service offerings’ features/benefits, and other critical business applications
  • Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
  • Participate in and attend sales meetings, educational labs, and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required
  • Responsibly maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials

Qualifications for the Sales Representative:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in medical sales preferred
  • Background in Orthopedic Spine, Neurosurgery, ENT, or Physical Therapy is a plus
  • Knowledge and background in human anatomy a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments
  • Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
